🎯 The Role: Community Manager
Your Mission
As our Community Manager, you'll be the voice and guardian of the Move-Ease community. You'll create a safe, encouraging space where women can share their stories, celebrate their progress, and support each other - no matter where they are in their wellness journey.
Day-to-Day Magic You'll Create

Content Creation & Management
- Craft engaging, relatable social media content that speaks to our audience
- Share authentic stories from our community members
- Create content that makes movement feel accessible and judgment-free
- Develop weekly content calendars aligned with our brand voice

Community Engagement
- Respond to comments and messages with warmth and empathy
- Moderate our Facebook groups and social media communities
- Host live sessions and Q&As with community members
- Create and manage engaging social media challenges
- Foster meaningful discussions among community members

Customer Connection
- Turn customer feedback into valuable insights for our team
- Identify and nurture relationships with community advocates
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure consistent communication
- Create user-generated content opportunities

Strategy & Growth
- Monitor community health metrics and engagement rates
- Identify trends and opportunities within our community
- Work with marketing team to align community and brand goals
- Develop strategies to grow our community organically
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in community management, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or women's brands
- Natural empathy and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Experience in crisis management and community moderation
- Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations
- Passionate about women's wellness and empowerment

- Experience managing communities for women-focused brands
- Background in wellness, fitness, or health industries
- Content creation skills (photography, video, graphic design)
- Experience with social media management tools
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Previous experience in customer service roles
