🚀 Product Manager
About the Role
We're seeking a Product Manager who will be the voice of our customers and the guardian of our product vision. You'll work directly with our founder, Olivia Harper, to evolve our innovative walking pad technology and develop new solutions that make movement accessible to every woman.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Move-Ease's expanding product line
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure product messaging resonates with our target audience
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics or fitness technology
- Strong empathy for our core customer: busy women seeking practical fitness solutions
- Experience with hardware product development cycles
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of e-commerce dynamics and digital product experiences
